The products ordered by the client shall be shipped within 2 to 4 days from the confirmation of the client's order by the seller, unless the item is defined to be "made to order," then the seller will give the buyer an approximate date of shipping.

WW	25 EUR	4 to 6 days

Duties and import taxes are fully covered by NAMIOFFICIEL.COM. Customers should not expect to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, you have 3 days to contact us by email at info@namiofficiel.com. Please provide detailed information and attach photos of the damaged item to expedite the resolution process. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, whether it's a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the circumstances.
